Contractor Estimate Maker

Terms of Use

Effective date: September 27, 2026

By using Contractor Estimate Maker (“the app”) you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict on a point Apple's agreement does not allow us to change, Apple's agreement controls.

The app is operated by Uladzislau Yasinski, a sole proprietor (NIP 5273049048), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11 lok. 9, 03-318 Warsaw, Poland (“we”).

1. The app

The app is a tool for preparing estimates, invoices, change orders and receipts as PDF documents. You decide what goes into each document. You are responsible for its accuracy, including prices, taxes, license details and terms, and for complying with the laws and licensing rules that apply to your trade and location. The app does not give legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. Signatures

Signatures captured in the app are an image of the signer's handwriting on your device, with the printed name, the date and time, and a fingerprint of the document, placed on the PDF for your business records. The app is not a certified electronic-signature or notarization service. It does not verify the signer's identity. Whether a signed document is enforceable depends on your jurisdiction and circumstances. Where a certified e-signature, a notary or a specific form is required, use one.

3. Free features and Pro

You can use core features for free, with limits shown in the app. Pro unlocks the features listed on the purchase screen. It is available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, where offered.

4. Your content

Documents, client details and photos you enter stay on your device unless you export or share them. You keep all rights in that content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Keep your own backups. We cannot recover data deleted from your device.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create fraudulent or misleading documents. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, and do not bypass the purchase. We may stop providing the app if you break these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost payments, disputes with clients, tax penalties or lost data arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if that amount is higher. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Otherwise, disputes are decided by the competent courts in Poland. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions: support@contractorpdf.aeoriaapps.com.
