Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Contractor Estimate Maker app for iOS (“the app”, “we”) collects, why, and who processes it. The app helps contractors create estimates, invoices, change orders and receipts, and capture a client's signature on the device. It is operated by Uladzislau Yasinski, a sole proprietor (NIP 5273049048), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11 lok. 9, 03-318 Warsaw, Poland (data controller). 1. Data that stays on your device
The following is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. We do not upload it to our servers and we cannot see it:
- Your business profile: business name, contact details, address, license and tax numbers, logo, your own signature and initials.
- Client details you enter: names, phone numbers, email and job-site addresses.
- Documents: line items, prices, taxes, payments, notes, terms and job photos you attach.
- Client signatures captured in the app: the signature image, the printed name, the date and time, the device model and a fingerprint (hash) of the signed document.
You are responsible for the client information you enter and share. We process none of it on your behalf.
2. Data we receive

The app has no account and no sign-in. We do not collect precise location or your contacts, and we do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to add a photo or a logo.
3. Sharing documents
When you export or share a PDF, the system share sheet sends the file only to the destination you choose (for example Messages, Mail or Files). That recipient's own privacy terms apply to what you send.

5. Retention and deletion
On-device data stays until you delete it in the app or delete the app. Backups you export are files you control. You can ask us to delete support emails by writing to support@contractorpdf.aeoriaapps.com. Purchase records may be retained where the law, or Apple, requires it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and California), you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email support@contractorpdf.aeoriaapps.com; we respond within 30 days. Documents live on your device, so deleting the app removes them from that device.
7. Children
The app is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
Documents stay in the app's private storage on your device and in your device backups. Messages you send us are transmitted to our email provider. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a future feature sends data off your device (for example drafting line items from your voice), this policy will describe it before that feature ships.
